The details

Shipping & returns.

How it's made

Designed in Oakland and made in small runs, each piece checked and packed before it goes out. Orders inside the US are printed and finished in the US; orders going elsewhere ship from my partner's international facility.

Shipping

Shipping is free, everywhere. A day or two to print and finish, then transit — about 4–8 days in the US and 8–17 days everywhere else. Everything ships with tracking, sent over as soon as it's on its way.

Import duties are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's no duty to pay when it arrives. Some countries may still charge import VAT on delivery.

Returns / exchanges

Wrong size? Swap it. Email me within 14 days of delivery and I'll send the right size out. If you'd rather have your money back, that's fine too. The piece needs to come back unworn, unwashed and with the tags on, and you cover the postage — I'll send you the return address.

I can take size returns in the US, UK and EU. Elsewhere the postage back to me costs more than the shirt is worth to return, so outside those places I can only cover pieces that arrive faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — see below.

Worth checking the size guide first. It lists the real flat measurements for both cuts, so you can lay a tee you already own next to the numbers and know before you order.

If something's wrong

If a piece turns up misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered, email me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. That one's on me, wherever you are — a replacement or a refund, whichever you'd rather, and you don't pay to send anything back.

If it doesn't turn up

If a package goes missing, let me know within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and I'll chase it down with the carrier.

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind? Email me as soon as you can. If it hasn't gone into production yet I can cancel it in full — once printing starts, I can't.
